How it works
The whole idea is that you do the thinking once, in about ten minutes, and then never have to again.
You build the list
For each person: name, mailing address and birthday. The birth year is optional โ it only matters so we can pick a milestone card when someone turns 40 or 70. Choose a card style, and write a short message if you want one inside.
We watch the calendar
Every card is queued about two months ahead. Nothing depends on you remembering, logging in, or answering an email.
A person prepares it
Not a machine, and not a font that imitates handwriting. Someone picks a card in the style you chose, copies your message in pen, addresses the envelope and puts a real stamp on it.
It goes out 10 days early
Early enough to absorb a slow week at the post office. You get an email when each card is on its way, so you know it is handled before anyone thanks you for it.
Card styles
You pick a style per person, not per card, so your brother keeps getting funny ones and your grandmother keeps getting elegant ones without you thinking about it again.
Warm & Heartfelt
Sincere, affectionate, never syrupy. The safe choice for almost anyone.
Funny
Light and a little irreverent. Good for siblings and close friends.
Elegant
Understated design, quality stock. Reads well for older relatives.
For Kids
Bright and playful, sized for younger recipients.
Milestone
For the round numbers -- 30, 40, 50, 65, 80 and beyond.
Faith
Includes a blessing or scripture verse.
What we need from you
| Name | How it goes on the envelope. |
| Mailing address | Stored encrypted. Used only to address the card. |
| Birthday | Month and day. The year is optional. |
| Card style | Optional โ we default to warm and heartfelt. |
| Your message | Optional โ leave it blank and we simply sign it from you. |
The one timing rule
We need 10 days between adding someone and their birthday. Below that, buying a card and getting it through the mail on time stops being realistic.
If you add someone inside that window, we will say so on the spot, and their first card goes out next year instead. No silent failures, and nothing arriving a week late with our name on it.
